My work is rooted in somatic, trauma-informed coaching.
That means we don’t just talk about change — we work with the body, the nervous system, and the patterns that learned to adapt in order to survive.
This is not therapy, and it’s not about fixing you.

I’m a certified Chopra Coach and somatic, trauma-informed practitioner with over 20 years of experience in holistic health. I’ve walked my own healing path and know what it’s like to understand patterns intellectually — and still feel stuck in the body.
